These Air Force regulations were issued under the authority of the Government of

Air Force Officer: Air commodore level officer or higher.

or shops, which, after proper investigation, may not be satisfactory to the President provided by
a person with the same responsibility.
Public Funds: Includes all fully funded public funds, i
unused balance returned to the Government in the event of non-delivery
on the things given to them, and

(a) unpaid wages and allowances;
(b) places for the dead and the rebels.
Public Funds: This term includes, in addition to the applicable fees: –
(a) irreplaceable personal development made to people who are no longer in Government
service
(b) overpayment of salaries and benefits to deceased persons in the State
service
(c) all other non-refundable claims, including the number of problems in paying units
or individual recovery which may include significant or existing difficulties
special difficulties;
(d) losses due to defective shipping costs;
(e) losses resulting from the export of stores other than the approved process;
(f) non-refundable liabilities of units disbanded in accordance with retrenchment orders;
(g) the number of shops issued to contractors, which, for any reason, has not been refunded

Reduction: A term used to describe the mandatory appointment of a warrant officer or
NCO in a lower position, or in the ranks, by military court sentence or otherwise
powerful authority.
Remustering: A term used to describe a change in a pilot’s business.
Conversion: A term used to describe the restoration of a warrant officer or acting warrant officer or
NCO or NCO acting in a lower position, or category in ranks, by force, by default or
voluntarily. Conversions may range from high, temporary or acting.
Service Transport: The term will be held to include both road vehicles and marine vessels

MT Service Vehicles: The term will be used to include only air traffic vehicles

Power: Unit power at any time number of officers, airmen,
citizens and temporary workers are not actually included in its compiled list at that time, only
of any attachment. Power is divided into: –
(a) active force;
(b) ineffective power;
The active force of the unit at any given time is the number of police officers, airmen and citizens

(a) in a hospital or emergency room;

(b) Temporary Change of Order
(i) A change of order shall be made when the designated officer or a
the unit as under subsection (a) is not in the structure / unit for more than 24 hours
due to leave, illness, temporary work or attachment.
(ii) If an order or group is normally ordered by an G.D. Branch official,
the next branch officer in charge of the order or group will do so, no matter what
the unit is not part of it, it takes command when the officer is not sent
that work.
(iii) If an order or group is normally ordered by an official of another branch
there is a branch of normal operations, the order, in his absence, will advance to the next
G.D. chief executive officer, technology, equipment, A & S.D., accounting or education department,
regardless of which branch office is usually located.
(iv) Where a station or unit or unit is normally controlled by a G.D.
A branch, the next official of that branch in the station or unit including those who serve e
the lodge units, or unit, will take over the management command of the channel or unit or unit.
(v) Where a station or unit or unit, established primarily for non-aviation purposes
usually directed by a G.D. branch officer, or where a channel or unit or unit

administrative control of Air Headquarters or A.O.C-in-C command if applicable

design officer to take interim order of structure / unit.
(c) Determination of a Higher Level for the purpose of applying an Interim Order. I
