The Indian Ordinance Factories Service (IOFS) is a public service of the Government of India. Officials of the Indian Ordinary Factories Service (IOFS) are defense officers under the Department of Defense. Nominees are given training at the National Academy of Defense Production (NADP), Nagpur in the fields of technology, administration, public administration such as import and rescue courses.
