LIC ADO Notification 2023 for 9394 Vacancies: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) invites online applications from any Bachelor’s Degree holders for appointment to the post of Apprentice Development Officers (ADO) in various division offices under LIC Zones. The last date for registration of online applications is 10th February 2023.

✅ LIC ADO Recruitment Age Limit:

✔️ Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01/01/2023.
✔️ Upper Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, plus 10 years for PwBD.

✅ LIC ADO Recruitment Pay Scale: Stipend ₹ 51500/- per month during training, ₹ 35,650- 2200(2)- 40,050-2595(2)- 45,240- 2645(17)- 90,205 plus allowances and other benefits as per the rules in force.

✅ LIC ADO Educational Qualification:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India established under a statute/approved for the purpose or the Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

✅ LIC ADO Experience:

LIC Employee Category	Not less than 3 years of service after confirmation in Class III cadre in LIC of India
LIC Agent Category	Not less than 5 years as an LIC agent or other than Agent, such as DSAs/ FSEs and has brought a Net First Year Premium Income of not less than ₹5,00,000/- during the immediately preceding 5 financial years and a Net First Year Premium Income of not less than ₹ 1,00,000/- on 50 lives in any 3 0f these financial years.
Other Category (Open Market)	Preference would be given to candidates who have at least 2 years experience in life insurance industry or in marketing of financial products.
