The Personnel Officer or Personal Assistant will assist the Chief Security Officer

promotions, payments and grants, budget, discipline, legal issues and data
processing, retaining companies, band etc .;
Planning and development. – Includes staff planning, job planning,
performance appraisals, job requirements, staff records and manuals,
tracking action in inspection and advertising notes;
Welfare and service includes grievances, labor relations, housing, education,
sports, medical, provident fund, pension and other retirement and retirement benefits
benefits, welfare schemes, finances, contracts and conflicts.
You will also be responsible for: –
arranging for occasional meetings to be convened at headquarters
level
maintaining contact with other railway departments at headquarters; and

The Commissioner for Security in the Unit will deal directly with the Chief

command;
(c) read all the basic security measures against theft, theft and so on
crimes against railway property and proposing such improvements to
the relevant authorities may be requested;
(d) to ensure accurate crime reporting, full and prompt inquiries
the acquisition of stolen railway property and the prosecution of law enforcement agencies and recipients;
(e) liaising with colleagues at the Police Service including the railway police, the public
