The Indian Ordinance Factories Service (IOFS) is a public service of the Government of India. Officials of the Indian Ordinary Factories Service (IOFS) are defense officers under the Department of Defense. What are the trainings offered for the selected candidates ?

Nominees are given training at the National Academy of Defense Production (NADP), Nagpur in the fields of technology, administration, public administration such as import and rescue courses. Later, a training program for the admission of experimental staff was offered for 64 weeks, which included technical, administrative and administrative modules in theoretical, practical and industry contexts.
