About Railway Recruitment Board (RRB):Railway Station Master The Railway Recruitment Control Board is an Indian government agency. It was created in 1998 in the Department of Railways (New York). In 1945, service commissions were established in Bombay, Calcutta, Madras, and Lucknow. In 1948, the Indian Railways Research Committee evaluated the performance of commissions.
